Let sounds and silence guide you on a relaxing journey to find serendipity, to chance upon something wonderful. Janice Chan, a certified sound alchemist and meditation practitioner, will guide you on a journey through the sounds of crystal bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and her voice. How it works: You'll be welcomed to the tranquil rice fields of Ubud where our intimate meditation studio is located. We will start with a warm welcome to explain how sounds of nature, instruments, and our voice help us get into a deep meditative state. Then we open our hearts with a short, seated meditation using the powerful Heartmath Heart Lock-In technique. This creates a loving, healing resonant space perfect for setting intentions for the session. Then, the highlight of the experience will be a sound journey that uses over 30 different instruments to balance your chakra energies. You will be submerged into the soothing sounds of gongs, drums, singing bowls, crystal bowls, ocean sounds, and healing mantras that will help free your busy thinking mind to allow you to explore your subconscious and dream worlds. We will end with a silent meditation to help you integrate the journey and hear from the universe. Then you will be gently lulled back with comforting sounds of the Kalimba or Lyre. We end our ritual with a locally sourced, heartwarming tea. In this cozy space, we will also share our experiences from the journey. Lastly, you will have the opportunity to consult our powerful Kuan Yin Oracle guides to get deep guidance as you continue your journey. Space: We created a place of sanctuary where you can enjoy peace, relaxation, and deep regeneration. Our studio is an elegant space for inspiration, joy, and healing. It is located away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud, surrounded by quiet rice fields. We also provide luxurious comfortable mattresses, pillows, blankets, and eye masks for every participant. Cancellation Policy
* **Minimum Participants:** All Weekly classes require a minimum of 2 participants to proceed. If the minimum is not met, the class will be canceled, and full refunds will be issued. * **Weather Policy:** Classes will proceed as scheduled, even in light rain. In case of heavy rain or flooding, classes may be rescheduled or canceled with full refunds issued. * **Cancellation Window:** To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 8 hours prior to the start of the class. * **Late Cancellations:** No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 8 hours of the class start time. * **Transfer Option:** Clients can transfer their paid session to another person or use it towards a future class within 12 months. **General Notes:** * This policy aims to ensure the smooth running of our classes while being understanding of potential cancellations due to weather conditions. * We encourage clients to inform us as soon as possible about any cancellations. * We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy in cases of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies.
