Cancellation Policy
Private Sessions (1-2 Participants) Cancellation Window: For private sessions, a 24-hour cancellation notice is required for a full refund. Late Cancellations: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time. Transfer Option: Clients can transfer their paid session to another person or use it towards a future session within 12 months. Note: These policies are designed to ensure the smooth running of our sessions while being understanding of potential cancellations. We encourage clients to inform us as soon as possible about any cancellations. We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy in cases of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies.
