Requirements & Booking Information 🔹 Proficiency in operating recording equipment is required, as this service does not include a sound engineer. 🔹 Advance booking is essential to ensure availability and a smooth recording experience. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy • Bookings are required and can be made online or by phone. • The studio is available for bookings Monday through Saturday, from 9am to 5pm. • There is a 15-minute buffer before and after each booking for set-up and clean-up. • Bookings are subject to availability. Damages • If any of the instruments in the studio are damaged or broken during your rental period, you will be financially responsible for their replacement. • The cost of replacing an instrument will be based on the current market value of the instrument. • You will be responsible for paying for the cost of the replacement instrument, even if the damage was accidental. Set-up and Clean-up- • We are happy to offer you a buffer of 15 minutes before and after your booking to set up and clean up. • If you need more time, please make sure to include time for set-up and break-down within your booking request. • All instruments must be put back in their original place after use. • Turn off the air conditioning when you leave the studio. • Pass any glasses you used for water to the cafe for cleaning. Cancellations • Bookings can be cancelled up to 8 hours in advance without penalty. • If a booking is cancelled within 8 hours of the scheduled time, the full cost of the booking will be charged.
